FOR SALE(1) Model 24-TCT Screen-Classified-Cutter DEMO Unit. Unit controls are shown in the picture above. Unit will do Particle Size Reduction of plastics, foods, chemicals, minerals and some metals, Document Distruction, Product Reject/Recycle Distruction and many other uses. Depending on the application rates of up to 2,000 pounds per hour or more could be achieved. Unit has a 6" x 11" product feed opening and discharge opening. The unit has 24 tungsten carbide cutting elements and (2) D2 Hardened Steel Bed Knives. Below the cutting rotor is a classifying screen for product sizing before discharge. The rotor is belt driven by a 5 HP 3,600 RPM TEFC Motor. Unit controls include a Variable Speed Drive Control for the Main and Fan Motors. Unit runs on 230 Volt 3 Phase, 60 Hertz power.

The TCT Cutter is a High Speed Cutting/Granulating Screen Classifying System
that Closes the Gap Between the Triditional Knife Granulator and the High Speed Hammer Mill.
A classifying screen below the high speed cutting rotor only allows the properly size of particle to pass through to the unit discharge.
The TCT Cutter is ideal for use as a prechopper ahead of a finer grinding pulverizer and can reduce many materials initial feed size to increase the overall efficincy of your particle size reduction system. When used in conjuction with a sifting or screening unit you can obtain a narrow particle sized product.
